Rev. Norman A. Moxley II

The Rev. Norman A. Moxley II (known to most simply as Pastor Norm) is a pastor, musician, worship leader, and community advocate committed to helping people experience the extravagant love of God.

Pastor Norm’s ministry is rooted in the conviction that every person possesses sacred worth and deserves a place of genuine belonging. His approach to ministry brings together thoughtful preaching, compassionate pastoral care, vibrant worship, and a deep concern for justice. He is especially passionate about creating communities where people can be honest about their lives, ask difficult questions, and encounter grace without fear of shame, judgment, or exclusion.

An experienced organist and worship leader, Pastor Norm believes worship should engage the whole person; heart, mind, body, and spirit. Whether he is preaching, leading from the organ, offering pastoral care, or working alongside community partners, he seeks to make faith both meaningful and accessible.

Pastor Norm is completing his Master of Divinity degree at the Methodist Theological School in Ohio as he continues his journey toward ordination as an Elder in The United Methodist Church. His theological interests include pastoral care, trauma-informed ministry, addiction recovery, Christian worship, and the relationship between faith and social justice.

At the heart of Pastor Norm’s ministry is a simple belief: the church is at its best when all truly means all. He strives to lead with authenticity, humility, humor, and compassion, helping people recognize that they are already known, already valued, and already loved by God.
